Dark ruby, Intense and complex nose, some leathery/animal notes, roasted coffee, dark berries, cedar wood and chocolate notes, The palate is full with a rather austere structure, quite Bordeaux-like with a good length, freshness and gamey notes, depends on if you like Brettanomyces or not.
