Medium deep golden colour with high viscosity. Floral and herbal nose with grassy notes, wild herbs, lemongrass, honey and candied yellow fruit. Very dense and viscous palate, high sweetness, rather creamy texture with layers of glazed stone fruit, apricot jam and a very long warm finish. Still too young to enjoy fully but certainly has the structure for a very long cellaring.
