Dense dark core but some maturity on the rim. Some maturity on the nose as well, high ripeness and dark fruit, peppery and liquorice notes, with some leather and tobacco. The palate is dense and weighty with a tannic core, and a bold and long finish. Still rather youthful but layered and potent for further development.
