Weingut Hans Nittnaus – Ried Altenberg Blaufränkisch Reserve – 2015

Intense dark purple colour. Intense nose with liquorice, aniseed roasted notes and inky black fruit. Medium weight but high extraction and oak, some woody flavours, rather firm tannin, restrained fruit and a medium length. Still young, raw and unfinished.
