Austria,
Niederosterreich,
Medium deep golden colour. Some evolution there. Really fine nose, offering complexity and evolution. I think this is really the charm of fine Riesling. There is a wealth of ripe stone fruit there. To that we should add some aged notes of spices, with honey. A sensation of sweetness like caramel, dried flower. Yet, with a very good degree of purity. No hint of oxidation, what so ever. Beautiful freshness here. I think this is truly a fine combination of that lush, stone fruit that emerges with age. With some fine spice notes. Gentle hint of caramel. Really a bright acidity all along. Really long and lingering on the palate. It stays within the medium-bodied frame. It certainly stays with a good level of complexity. Very long, layered complex finish. Very fine wine to drink today.
