Rather deep ruby colour with a purple hue. The wine offers a bold spiciness with cardamom, caramel, vanilla, fine oak and sweet red fruit. The palate has a nice texture, youthful but rounded with fine tannin, still some new oak notes but plenty of fruit to cover it, crushed raspberry and plum with a long and vigorous finish.
