Pale and colorless with a green hue. Flinty and stony nose, still youthful with fresh ginger, lemongrass, lime and fresh pineapple notes. The palate is slender and fresh with dense fruit, yet rather light with a tremendous purity and freshness, layers of cool tropical fruit, and spicy lemongrass, lime and ginger notes, and a very long and invigorating finish. Unique style that I adore!
