Pale straw colour with a green hue. Pure and flinty nose with stony notes, fresh citrus, lime, lemongrass and white fleshed fruit with an herbal spiciness. The palate is crisp with medium weight, good flavour intensity and fine extract with layers of fresh fruit and a long pure finish.
