Weingut Mad – Furioso – 2015

Medium deep ruby red colour. Fine nose, some new oak, tobacco and cedar wood with red and black currant, rather classic Bordeaux vibes here. Medium bodied with dense fruit young but ripe tannin, fine oak, an herbal spiciness and a long fresh finish. Still needs some time but well made.
