Bright quite light golden nuance, still with a youthful green hue. Pure nose. Fine purity of fruit here with a mineral presence. Notes of stone fruit, ripe pear and some mild spiciness, like pepper and sweet citrus. Good grip on the palate, combining that tropical fruitiness, with a nice backbone of acidity. There is also a balanced bitterness that gives a good sensation of freshness, like grapefruit and lemon zest. Classical peppery spiciness on the finish I would say. Which is rather long lasting. Good grip and structure.
