Germany,
Mosel,
Very youthful appearance here, light straw colour with a green hue indicating youth. Very fine purity on the nose. Mainly a mineral expression, still quite youthful in terms of fruit. There is a fine elegance there, with hints of lemon and lime with crushed stone, some notes of ginger, lemongrass and barely ripe stone fruit. Very nice attack on the palate. It is still a very youthful wine with an intense acidity. Really mouth-watering, crisp and zesty. Combining that lightness. A light body with brilliant freshness. Really succulent fruit, with those mouth-watering notes of lemon-lime, lemongrass, ginger. Mineral and very persistent on the finish. A wine that should truly develop well. Although I find it quite tempting in its youth thanks to that vibrance and freshness.
