Bright light golden with a light green hue. Pure and flinty nose, elegant layers of stone fruit, crushed peach, apricot, ripe citrus, lemongrass, hint of honey with great intensity and purity. The palate is dense and fresh, packed with elegant stone fruit and stony flavours, textured with very fine extract, an invigorating acidity giving lift to the unctuous yellow fruit leading to a very long and crystalline finish.
