Very bright light golden colour. Intense and layered nose with some almond, nuttiness, hints of pistachio nuts, lime, lemongrass, wild herbs and stone fruit. The palate is slim and muscular with a well imbedded sweetness, amazing purity and freshness with an abundance of barely ripe stone fruit with some of the spicy lime leaf, ginger and citrus giving a lift. Very long and digest finish.
