Bright light straw colour with a green hue. Pure and vibrant nose offering crushed peach, ripe citrus, lemongrass, and white flower with some flinty notes. Good grip and purity on the palate, within the medium-bodied frame medium-sweet but a coherent acidity counterbalances truly well, more savoury on the finish, exotic young fruit with ginger, lemongrass and floral hints linger on the aftertaste, delicious.
