Bright light golden core and hue, pure and expressive with slate notes, floral and herbal fruit, white peach, pear, lemongrass, and lime notes. Bone dry with a good grip and vivid acidity, rather exotic fruit notes but still within the frames of light and elegant, medium weight but flavour intense and pure with a crisp and very long finish.
