Rather dark pink/light red colour. Rich and generous nose offering crushed cherry, wild herbs, pepper and floral notes. Very good grip and freshness, with a light spritz, an elevated but integrated acidity, full of character and spice with good purity and length. A unique style for those loving freshness.
