Bright young straw colour with a green hue. Pure and aromatic with notes of fresh mint, thai basil, lemongrass, white peach and stony notes. The palate is bone dry and positively austere in terms of acidity, fine extract and purity with discreet young fruit, crushed peach and lemongrass flavour with great purity and long lingering finish.
