Bright light golden colour. Generous and aromatic nose with notes of rose petal, candied ginger, pepper, sweet pear and grapefruit. Broad palate with good volume, a gentle bitterness and extract adds a dose of freshness as the acidity is rather mild, yet a fine balance, spicy and floral fruit with nice character and personality. Long and warm finish.
