Bright light golden colour. Intense nose displaying high ripeness, unctuous stone fruit, mango and pineapple with a pure stoniness. The palate is quite dense with a rather elevated sweetness, bright acidity underneath and really dense chewy yellow fruit with candied citrus, saffron and fine spices followed by a very long, intense finish combining sweetness and freshness remarkably well.
