Very bright and luminous, pale straw nuance. Intense and young nose showing wild herbs, flinty notes, ginger and fresh pineapple. The palate has a very good grip, medium weight but flavour intense with a very crisp acidity balancing the moderate sweetness that tastes like somewhere between Kabinett and Spatlese, good stuffing and layers of yellow fruit, citrus and ginger. Very long and lingering finish, elegant, digest and approachable.
