Pale straw colour with a green hue. Some flinty and stony notes, excellent purity, yellow fruit, pear, wild herbs and almonds. The palate has some sweetness but the impression is rather fresh and mineral with pineapple, mango, apricot and floral notes, very bright freshness, intense and mouth watering with a very long, pure finish.
