Bright straw colour with a youthful green hue. Pure and floral nose offering fresh pear, melon, liquorice, pepper and some floral notes. The palate has good density and weight with a mild acidity, yet a good sense of vibrancy, finely spicy and peppery with bold fruit flavours and a long warm finish.
