Wonderful Wine – Thyro – 2015

Bright straw colour with a green hue. Fresh and pure nose, some flinty notes and fresh stone fruit with a medium body, good purity and flavour intensity with some skin/phenolic presence, yet finely balanced with a good lift and zesty notes, crisp young fruit and a long finish with some spicy liquorice and ginger notes. Nice texture with good density.
