Xavier Loriot – Collision – 2012

Bright medium pink colour with fine vivid bubbles. Pure and generous nose, crushed red berries, ripe citrus, rose petal with some brioche and autolytic notes. The palate is structured and well balanced with good mouth feel a creamy and fresh backbone, attractive fruit like raspberry, strawberry and mild spices, good grip and length. Vinous and unctuous with good drinkability.
