Xavier Loriot – Cuvée Fragment – 2012

Bright straw colour with a youthful mousseux. Youthful nose showing crushed almond, citrus, ripe pear and some floral notes. The palate is more open than the nose showing ample fruit, a creamy texture with fresh acidity, juicy stone fruit, almond paste and mild spices with a long pure finish. Nice drinkability indeed.
