Xavier Loriot – Cuvée Hypnotic – 2012

Bright light golden colour with a youthful creamy mousse. The nose is discreet with some herbal spiciness with chamomile, lemongrass, lime and white fleshed fruit. The palate has more development, with generous fruit, juicy pear and peach notes with lemon zest, a creamy backbone, good freshness and a quite long finish.
