Light golden colour with a fine young mousseux. Pure nose, rather fruit driven with an emphasis on pinot with raspberry, plum, pear and pain d’épices notes. Good purity on the palate, rich and fruity rather ample structure yet bone dry and crisp with layers of ripe fruit, some autolys and patisserie followed by a long and fresh finish.
