Yves Cuilleron – Les Chaillets – 2015

Light to medium golden colour. Quite exotic and floral nose with crushed yellow fruit, coconut and some honeyed fruit. The palate keeps bone dry though with a dense structure, fine extract, discreet oak and lush stone fruit, intense and lingering flavours with a powerful and persistent finish, great freshness and bite. A highly potent wine.
