Yves Cuilleron – Les Serines – 2014

Dark ruby core and a purple hue. Pure nose with ripe dark fruit, plum and blackberry with tapenade and tobacco. The palate has good weight and volume, concentrated fruit, rather high level of tannin but no hard edges, intense and lingering flavours packed with spicy dark fruit and a long, vibrant finish. A big wine, still youthful but fine potential for development here.
