Very youthful appearance here, quite colourless with a slight green hue. Very pale straw colour. Fresh and attractive nose. Very much on the primary fruit. Clearly Sauvignon here, with fresh herbs. With barely ripe green apple, fresh herbs, lime. No indication of oak. Quite floral, gapey with almost a sensation of fresh grapes. Palate is on the lighter side. Good crispiness, fresh acidity. Still a youthful zesty bite on the palate. Medium-long finish. Attractive wine for early drinking.
