Zoemie de Sousa – Cuvée Precieuse – NV

Light golden colour. The nose is young with hints of ripe citrus, lime and young fruit, rather mineral style. The palate is still on the young side, nicely firm and mineral with a creamy mousse, crisp acidity, ripe citrus, stone fruit, and a long finish.
