Bright light golden colour. Pure and youthful nose with notes of freshly crushed apple, pear, lemongrass and ripe citrus, some hay and dried herbs as well. Medium weight, bone-dry, warm climate, yet fresh sensation with a refreshing backbone of acidity and fine bitterness, bright young fruit and a fine level of persistency.
