Inky dark purple core and hue. A slight hint of oak derived spiciness, some toast and layers of ripe dark fruit with some meaty notes. Dense and concentrated palate finely distributed tannin, still a youthful texture but balanced with an underlying freshness, discreet oak on the palate with finely spicy wild berry flavours and a long lingering finish.
