Dark ruby red colour. Rather oaky nose showing hints of new wood, vanilla and roasted notes with red and dark fruit. Rather full palate, still youthful with a tannic bite, vanilla and butterscotch with sweet plum and herbal notes, fairly long, but still a bit tight and tannic on the finish with generous oak.
