Pale straw colour with a green hue, a fine mousse of small bubbles. Floral nose with hints of liquorice, crushed pear, apple, ripe citrus emerge. Good volume and creaminess on the palate, generous fruit with sweet apple, peach and citrus notes leading to a rather long persistency.
