Dark dense ruby/purple colour. The nose is perfumed and floral with crushed red and dark berries, flinty notes and licorice. Immensely concentrated palate with inky dark fruit, creme de cassis, almost port-like intensity but without the heat and weight, fresh and grainy tannin, persistent and multi layered finish. Very potent.
