Inky black/purple core and hue. Open nose slightly "natural" and lightly balsamic, yet within the frames of purity, layers of crushed plum, cherry, violet and gingerbread spice. Slightly sweet palate, and high acidity, more oak flavours coming through the palate, dense and extracted with long but sweet finish.
