Dark core more ruby on the rim. Intense nose blending some new oak and herbal spices with ripe dark fruit, plum and cherry with dark chocolate. The palate has nice grip and concentration, youthful but polished tannin, compact dark fruit with dry spices, clove, pepper and chocolate leading to a long and layered finish. Still youthful but really fine potential.
