Inky dark purple/black colour. Plenty of dry spices like pepper, clove, cardamom and cinnamon with ripe dark berries and crème de cassis. Medium weight with dense young fruit, attractive spiciness, crushed dark berries, liquorice and a fresh acidity underneath, rather supple tannin and a long spicy finish. Still young drink from 2022.
