Ruby red core and a rusty rim. Quite intense nose with some development, good blend of spicy and oaky notes with sweet red fruit, plum and cherry. Good grip on the palate, rather full with dense modern fruit, still young but ripe tannin, good oak and persistent flavours, rather warm and ripe but a fresh acidity balances nicely. Long and fleshy finish, good now but fine potential.
