Dark core and purple in hue, the nose displays some new oak, vanilla, dry spices, plum, red berries, and herbal notes. It has a relatively full palate, still a bit youthful with some extraction and tannic bite, yet with nice pure fruit and a fine length, a wine needing further softening.
