Inky dark core with a purple center and hue. Ripe dark fruit notes, crushed berries, cherry, cassis, plum, some toast, oak, and vanilla. Ample palate, still youthful with a slight tannic bite, generous young fruit flavours, grainy tannin and some wood tannin, long and meaty finish. Still needing some time to soften, but potential is there.
