Ripe and modern nose with good purity, modest oak, tobacco, cedar, ripe dark berries, plum and cassis with a dense and concentrated palate, fine tannin, really grainy with cocoa powder notes, intense and lingering dark fruit flavours, fresh backbone, well-tuned oak and a long intense finish.
