Château Angelus – 2016

Saint Emilion
, 1er Grand Cru Classé A
MEDAILLE-TASTED-98-2024
France,
Bordeaux,
Intense, ripe and dark fruity nose with gingerbread spices, meaty notes, new oak, black cherry, crème de cassis and smoky notes. Very dense and muscular palate, with plenty of cocoa powder-like tannins, gingerbread spice, smoky notes, savoury and digest with a balanced freshness, modest oak on the finish with a very long and concentrated aftertaste.
