Dark purple hue. Youthful nose, dry spices, pepper, some oak, ripe dark berries, liquorice. The palate is still youthful with a high extraction, a bit on the tannic side with restrained fruit, roasted oaky notes and good length. But still young and tight needing time to soften and develop.
