France,
Bordeaux,
Youthful appearance here, medium deep ruby-red, with a youthful purple hue. Good purity on the nose, a lot of wild berries with raspberry, plum, red currant, cassis. Quite aromatic also with a floral component. I think it exudes a certain freshness and earthiness, like some minerality, some chalkiness. Very fine oak in the background. Nice bite on the palate. This is a quite good weight. Rather full but mostly an expression of lush fruit. I really like the freshness of those wild berries. But the extraction is quite soft. There is extract, there is tannin, but quite well integrated already I would say. Vibrant and fresh acidity. Good purity of fruit. Mild spiciness, a hint of vanilla on the finish. Long and also that sensation of purity and minerality on the finish. Nice wine. I would say at the same time elegant and with an accessible and juicy fruit. Quite modern and should have really fine potential.
