France,
Bordeaux,
Medium-deep ruby red, slightly darker at the core. Fresh nose. Good purity of fruit here, combining red and black currants, a slight herbal spiciness; there’s a slight hint of wood, some notes of vanilla and sweet plum. Palate is still quite youthful here, it has medium weight, with a quite pronounced extract and tannin. Fresh acidity; and on the finish we have a good mix of that red plum, red currants with some peppery and spicy notes. Classic style without any oak influence, with a good potential for development here; we have tannin, we have acidity. It just needs some more time, but it should develop pretty well.
