Deep ruby red colour with a light hint of purple. A gentle hint of oak, wild berries, red plum and bouquet garni. The palate has medium weight with a youthful, texture, grippy tannin and red fruit flavours with white pepper and herbal flavours leading to a medium to long aftertaste. A bit restrained still needing to age and soften.
