Bright light golden colour. Pure and chalky nose with fine nuance, pale stone fruit, crushed nuts, wild herbs and fresh butter. Good volume on the palate a rounded acidity but fine extract adding freshness and pure stony almost salty flavours with ginger, liquorice root, confit de citron and a long layered finish.
