Pure and aromatic, offering chalky notes, fresh herbs, mint, lemongrass, lime, and ginger, with white-fleshed fruit, crushed pear, and a mild hint of oak-derived creaminess/spice. The palate shows good flavour intensity and serious length in a sleek body with a chalky presence, bright acidity, layers of herb infused fruit with well-balanced and barely noticeable oak on the palate apart from a slight creaminess giving a good contrast to the crisp acidity, long and vigorous finish.
